Retired World War II paratrooper and North Dakota National Guard veteran Ed Fahlsing and his wife, Betty, returned to Camp Grafton on Friday for the Guard's Retirees' Weekend. During his 20-year Guard career, one of his duties was running the commissary at Camp Grafton, a Guard training facility south of Devils Lake.
