Manu Anumendem, 73, (left) has been living with his son Alexander Azenkeng, (middle) in Grand Forks. Alexander holds one of his children, daughter Jaden, (right), 9 months. Anumendem is from Njenawung, a small village in the southwest province of Cameroon, and has been doctoring in Grand Forks for prostate cancer.
