I remember Don and his family growing up when we lived across the street from the Tingum's , although I was a bit older than his son's we could see them playing and growing. My Dad always had nothing but words of respect for Don and his family.. I was pleased to know him a little more as an adult and have nothing but the same words of respect my father had. My humbled condolences, Richard Aalgaard and family.

Over the years , when I lived IN Grand Forks, I had several occasions to have meetings with Don. I was always amazed at how many things he knew about the city and its dealings off the top of his head. He was always friendly and easy going, and very smart. He was a pleasure to visit with, and deal with, My condolences to his family. He was one of a kind, he will be missed. Barry Beloff Golden Valley, Mn
