Boston College finishes Gophers
WORCESTER, Mass. — Joe Whitney set up Benn Ferriero’s tie-breaking goal midway through the second period and added an insurance score in the third to lift Boston College to a 5-2 win over Minnesota in the NCAA Northeast Regional semifinals on Saturday night.
