Manufacturers' researcher: Climate-change bill would cost jobs
North Dakota would lose up to 4,110 jobs in 2020 and Minnesota up to 33,735 jobs because of high costs associated with a climate-change bill if it is passed in Congress, according to a Washington-based economist on a study backed the National Association of Manufacturers
