Legislation proposed to abolish ND Racing Commission
The North Dakota Legislature’s interim Administrative Rules Committee has ordered the drafting of legislation that would abolish the commission and divide its duties between the state Agriculture Department and the attorney general, who regulates gambling in North Dakota.
