Minnesota Legislature considers boost for biodiesel
The Minnesota Senate is considering a bill that would mandate the use of 20-percent biodiesel blends by 2015, which worries some environmentalists. The fear is that such a big commitment to biodiesel would come at the expense of developing the next generation of the fuels that would be even cleaner.
