Pawlenty calls for federal study and approval of E20
A study at two Minnesota universities says the performance of vehicles using fuel that’s 20 percent ethanol is similar to those using the standard 10 percent mix. The state of Minnesota and the Renewable Fuels Association plan to use that finding to lobby the federal government to do its own study of 20 percent blends.
