High speed, school zones don’t mix
GRAND FORKS — I have been a crossing guard on and off for four years, and am writing about a problem that needs to be taken seriously. The problem is with careless motorists who drive through school zones before and after school.By: Duaine Espegard, Grand Forks Herald
