WAHPETON FIRE: Officials -- Toxic runoff poses no health threat

WAHPETON, N.D. - Toxic runoff from Monday's fire at a metal-plating factory here likely reached the Red River before the flow was contained, but officials believed the pollution was diluted enough to prevent an environmental or public health threat.
