DOT: Driving in region could be hazardous after midnight
The N.D. Department of Transportation has issued a travel alert for motorists to use caution while traveling. There is the potential for high winds, blowing and drifting snow, poor visibility and extreme cold temperatures tonight and tomorrow for a large section of North Dakota.
