Mark Foss remembered as construction pioneer
A UND graduate, Foss remained active at the university, serving on several boards and committees and most recently establishing a private fund to collect donations for UND’s lawsuit with the NCAA over the Fighting Sioux nickname. He died Friday.By: By Brittany Lawonn, The Forum
