DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION: An ‘odd glitch'
BISMARCK - North Dakota's Department of Transportation is resending 74,000 motor vehicle registration renewal notices to people who may not have received them last month because of an “odd glitch” in the agency's notification system.
