In 1982, Great Plains Physical Therapy was founded to provide outpatient physical therapy services in the Grand Forks area specializing in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, with an emphasis on athletic injuries. Recognized as a leader in the rehabilitation and treatment of sports related injuries, they were the first healthcare agency in the region to offer athletic training services to area high schools. Today Great Plains is known as Select Therapy & Fitness and continues to be a leader in outpatient physical therapy, bringing new and innovative treatments to the area.
