April Fools on Okinawa
JS: We (2nd Marine Division, 8th Marine Regiment) left Saipan in March 1945 to invade Okinawa. Whats so unique about the Okinawa situation was a plan by one of the senior admirals out in the pacific at that time: Admiral Bull Halsey.
