Legal fees exceed $430,000 in Fighting Sioux nickname lawsuit
Legal fees in UND's lawsuit against the NCAA over the Fighting Sioux nickname have topped $430,000 as of June 1, according to the UND Foundation, which manages a litigation fund that channels private donations to support the lawsuit.By: By Joseph Marks, Herald Staff Writer
