IN DELINEATION OF REGULATORY FLOODWAYS AND IN DETERMINATIONS OF BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS FOR THE CITY OF GRAND FORKS, GRAND FORKS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA, UNDER THE NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM On September 27, 1985, the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency identified Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHAs) in the City of Grand Forks, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, through issuance of a Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM).
