Republicans tout human service bill
BISMARCK - The House's human service budget for 2007-09 has funds to give workers who care for the state's developmentally disabled citizens and nursing home residents a 5 percent increase each of the next two years, Republican legislators said, presenting their product Thursday after more than a month of work.By: By Janell Cole, State Capitol Bureau
