Anna Marie (Sirek) VonasekAnna, 94, was born February 5, 1919 to Anton and Bessie (Creda) Sirek and farmed with her father Anton on the farm in Keystone Township. She was her father's right hand man until she met Henry Vonasek and was married to him on October 19, 1937. They farmed in Northland Township and she was Henry's right hand man. Born to them were three sons: Ralph, LeRoy, and Stan, and one daughter, Judy. Anna was very busy with farm, kids, and garden. In 1951 the family moved to ½ mile north of Tabor where she continued to work on the farm as well as being very active in the church, 4H Club, Farmers Union, and the Ladies Catholic Order of Foresters. In 1972 Henry and Anna moved from the farm to Warren where Anna worked at the Warren Hospital for many years. Anna loved to cook, bake, and make bread until age 94 at which time she moved to the Good Samaritan in Warren.
Anna is survived by children Ralph (Ellen) Vonasek, LeRoy (Yvonne) Vonasek, Judy (Denny) Kuzel and Stan (Laurie) Vonasek, seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
