Altru updates in Grand Forks on track, but still unseen

From his office on the south side of Altru Hospital, Ken Vein can look at the parking lot that is the future site of a procedure center. That building is not scheduled to be finished until 2018, and it is only the first of four phases in a decade-plus plan to overhaul Altru Health System’s physical presence in Grand Forks.
