Plows back out at 2 p.m. in Grand Forks
At about 2 p.m., Grand Forks police said snowplows were back out on city streets and would begin clearing major roadways. Plows are not expected to reach residential areas until Tuesday morning.By: Herald Staff Report, Grand Forks Herald
