Drug, sex offenses increase in Grand Forks County in 2012
Drug arrests increased nearly 50 percent last year over 2011 figures and made up the bulk of all offenses in Grand Forks County, outside of the city of Grand Forks. Meanwhile, the number of forcible sex offenses doubled in the county in 2012 compared to the previous year, although the raw figures remained relatively low at 18, according to statistics released today by Sheriff Bob Rost.By: Herald Staff Report, Grand Forks Herald
