Clair Zirnhelt, Grand Forks, letter: Skirting higher-ed board hurts higher ed
If Chancellor Hamid Shirvani needs direction or a job evaluation, that is what the State Board of Higher Education is for. Columns and editorials that claim he has not played nice with the same politicians that would disband the board do not help.By: Clair Zirnhelt, Grand Forks Herald
