ROB PORT: Don’t let enviro-activists bypass Legislature
Originally, the EPA was meant to be an executive clearinghouse for environmental programs initiated by Congress. Now the agency has seemingly become a branch of government unto itself, even challenging in court Congress’ ability to curtail the agency’s activities.
