Annie was born July 6, 1924, at Pembina, ND to Albert and Martha (Stegman) Sagert. She graduated from Pembina High School. After high school, Annie worked various jobs around the area. On April 23, 1948, she married Louis Weiss at Neche, ND. Louis passed away July 11, 2010. Annie loved gardening whether it was planting trees or flower gardens. She also enjoyed crocheting and quilting.

Annie Weiss, 88, of Thompson, and formerly of Neche, ND, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at Valley Eldercare in Grand Forks, ND. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 4, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at the Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND.
