Another cold snap coming to Red River Valley

Frigid, windy weather is about to slap the Red River Valley in the face, for the second time in two weeks. But the cold snap, which is moving into eastern North Dakota this morning and could lower overnight temperatures to 25 below by Thursday night, should be gone by the weekend.
