Man connected to Grand Forks drug ring makes deal, pleads guilty

A man connected to a Grand Forks drug ring pleaded guilty Monday to conspiring to distribute synthetic drugs blamed for the deaths of two teens, a federal charge that carried a mandatory life sentence if he were convicted.
