Duane passed away December 23, 1972. Marcene was united in marriage to Clyde Burtt December 30, 1976 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Grafton, ND.

Martina Marie (Marcene) Burtt, 82, passed away January 4, 2013 at her home. Marcene was the oldest of the ten children of Sylvester and Mary (Grzadzielewski) Klinicke. She was born March 27, 1930 in Drayton, ND. She attended school in Drayton and Grafton, graduating from Grafton High School in 1948.Marcene was united in marriage to Duane M. Veum on October 30, 1948 at St. Thomas Catholic Church, St. Thomas, ND. To this marriage they were blessed by five children. Duane passed away December 23, 1972.
