Patrick was born in Chula Vista, CA, February 8, 1975. He grew up in the San Diego area, and occupied various parts of Southern California for 27 years. He loved the beach atmosphere of where he grew up. Therefore, his remains will be scattered in the ocean off the coast of his favorite beach in La Jolla, California.

Patrick Thomas Piwarski, 37, passed away the morning of December 26, 2012, due to complications following heart bypass surgery. He was airlifted to Minneapolis, MN on December 13 to partake in the emergency heart procedure. Patrick has been cremated, and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Bismarck Funeral Home.
