RUGBY, N.D. - Darvin Vaughn, 91, Rugby, N.D., died Tuesday in Heart of America Medical Center. Memorial services are 11 a.m., Friday, at the Anderson Funeral Home Chapel, Rugby with private burial services at a later date. Family will greet friends for one hour prior to the time of service
