Grand Forks officials plan meetings to address city alcohol ordinances

In Grand Forks, there are 77 places to buy a drink. Whether the city’s licensed alcohol sellers are too many or whether they are too free to market themselves through cheap drink specials is a discussion city leaders want to have with license holders, the public and health and safety experts starting in January.
