After 26 years, Conrad reflects on his life in Washington
Kent Conrad sent tremors through North Dakota’s political landscape when he announced on Jan. 18, 2011, he would not seek a fifth term in the U.S. Senate. The decision was an aftershock to the political earthquake delivered a year earlier, on Jan. 5, 2010, when Sen.
