Vikings stadium groundbreaking set for Oct. '13

Groundbreaking for the new Minnesota Vikings stadium is tentatively set for October 2013. Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority Chairwoman Michele Kelm-Helgen announced the date at Friday's board meeting.
