Proposal would revamp ND support for colleges
The presidents of North Dakota's two largest universities say they're backing a new way to distribute state aid to public colleges. The formula is part of Gov. Jack Dalrymple's budget recommendations to the Legislature. The formula's goal is to compare each college's cost of educating students.By: Associated Press,
