Hoeven aide Julie Fedorchak the pick for ND Public Service Commission

A top aide to North Dakota U.S. Sen. John Hoeven has been picked for the state Public Service Commission. Julie Fedorchak will succeed Republican Kevin Cramer on the state regulatory board in January.
