Corps: Homme Lake to be drawn down
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began drawing down Homme Lake near Park River, N.D., on Wednesday, the corps. The drawdown will continue at 30 cubic feet per second for the next nine days until lake elevation drops by 4 feet.By: Herald Staff Report, Grand Forks Herald
