Santa Claus Girls raise funds for needy children

Grand Forks’ oldest charity will be providing hundreds of families in need with toys this holiday season. Santa Claus Girls will be distributing gift bags to about 300 families. The group, founded in 1916 by Herald employees, will be using reader donations to fill about 750 gift bags.
