Work continues on Center-to-Grand Forks power line

Minnkota Power Cooperative’s transmission line will deliver electricity from Milton R. Young 2, a coal-fired plant near Center, N.D., to northeast North Dakota. Construction began in May, and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2013 though delays could push completion into early 2014.
