Jury Acquits Samshal of attempted murder

Travis Samshal, 27, has been found not guilty of attempted murder by a jury of six women and six men in Grand Forks. But it found him guilty of reckless endangerment for firing a rifle toward his roommate in their Grand Forks apartment last December. That means he will serve at least two years in prison.
