THE EATBEAT: High-end HoDo in Fargo offers adventurous dining experience

I was pleased to join some of the staff from Sanders and the Toasted Frog restaurants in downtown Grand Forks. They chose the HoDo Restaurant in downtown Fargo because several of the current staff members have been associated with that establishment.
