OUR OPINION: Bike-rental idea for Greenway could roll
The city, park and school governments in Grand Forks run skating rinks, swimming pools, playgrounds, band programs, interscholastic sports, golf courses, disc-golf courses and soon, a multi-million dollar wellness center.
