Uncashed lottery tickets total more than $300,000 each year in N.D.
The state lottery's most recent financial report is out. It shows that gamblers didn't redeem almost $331,000 worth of lottery winners in the last budget year. Gamblers have to cash a winning lottery ticket within six months. Then the prize expires.By: Associated Press,
