The time has come for me to dust off the rules to live by during the winter in Grand Forks. They were written originally by Eldon Zeller when he was administrator of the physical plant for Altru. They have been continued and issued each year at UND. Zeller doesn’t care who gets credit as long as the rules help someone from having a fall.
