MARILYN HAGERTY: Last art and wine walk set for Saturday afternoon

They met as students at Grand Forks Central High School. They loved dancing together. And for 40 years, Bill and Barb Fahey taught dancing around the area to more than 20,000 people. Now they are bowing out because Bill has had health issues.
