N.D. Senate approves felony charge for drug theft
Someone who steals prescription drugs in North Dakota could face a felony charge, even for the theft of a single pill. The North Dakota Senate voted 33-14 Tuesday to approve the penalty. It now goes to Gov. Jack Dalrymple for his review.By: Associated Press,
