DOT: travel alert for entire state of North Dakota till Monday morning
UPDATED 7 p.m. At about 4:15 p.m. today, the North Dakota Department of Transportation expanded a travel alert to the whole state, which previously had been issued for north central and western North Dakota; it is in effect through Monday morning.By: Herald Staff Report, Grand Forks Herald
