Hoeven's 'stache' could bring national honors
North Dakota Gov. John Hoeven’s famous facial hair could soon earn him national bragging rights, the American Mustache Institute announced Monday. The institute named Hoeven a finalist for the “Robert Goulet Memorial Mustached American of the Year” award. Also up for the award: Minnesota Twins pitcher Carl Pavano.
