HEALTH AND WELLNESS: Splash in summer swimming safety
It’s summer and that means afternoons at the pool and weekends at the lake. While swimming is one of the best aerobic workouts around and has other health benefits, it can also be hazardous if you don’t use common sense and exercise good safety habits. One way to help you and your family stay safe is to always swim with a partner, said Carma Hanson, Safe Kids Grand Forks coordinator.
