Blizzard Coyote shuts down I-29
A blizzard warning took effect at 7 this morning, closing down schools, highways and airports through most of the region. The warning includes areas along and south of a line from Carrington, N.D., to Grand Forks to Thief River Falls. The Herald, in its tradition of naming area blizzards, had dubbed it "Blizzard Coyote."By: Herald Staff Report, Grand Forks Herald
