Laughter Clubs are places where people gather and practice laughter as a form of exercise. The Good News is: everyone can laugh! You dont need to feel good first. You dont need to be happy. There is no need for jokes or comedy. You dont even need a sense of humor. The practice of laughing itself improves your mood, and then you do feel good. Laughter as exercise develops your sense of humor, and by creating the Chemistry of Happiness delivers many health benefits.
